Richard Perry, KE4LIR, and Jack Walker, W4RRP, are among the Cumberland Plateau Amateur Radio Club members who participated in the club’s annual Amateur Radio Field Days June 27-28 at Homestead Elementary School. The two-day emergency encampment exercise demonstrated ham radio operators’ skills and readiness to provide communication without further infrastructure.
